Welcome to this little corner of the blog where I share another one of my passions: music.
While this blog is all about my journey through the world of wine, I truly believe that music adds another layer to life - and especially to the experience of drinking wine.

Some moments are made unforgettable by what we’re listening to. The soft crackle of a vinyl. The voice that hits a nerve. A melody that carries us somewhere else. Now imagine all of that with a glass of wine in hand. That’s the space I love living in.

There’s something magical that happens when you combine the right glass of wine with the right song.

A bold red and a slow, melancholic French ballad.
A crisp white on a sunny terrace with gentle acoustic guitar.
An earthy Pinot Noir, candlelight, and jazz drifting softly in the background.
Even a sparkling Rosé dancing along to something playful and new.

To me, music doesn't just pair well with wine - it amplifies it.
It sets the tone. It adds mood and memory. It turns the moment into something fuller, something richer.

It’s not about being perfect—it’s about feeling.

Why Music?

Music has always been part of my life. I listen to it constantly - whether I’m writing, walking through the vineyards, or sitting outside with a glass in hand.

It’s the backdrop to thought. The frame around silence.
Some songs remind me of entire seasons. Others bring people and places to life in my mind.
Many take me straight back to a particular sip of wine on a particular kind of day.

And that’s what this page is all about: the pairing of those moments.
